NO STRIKE/NO LOCKOUTS. Neither the Union nor any employee shall engage in, induce, support, encourage, or condone a strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of services by employees. Section 2.The Union shall exert its best efforts to prevent any violation of Section 1 of this Article and, if such action does occur, to exert its best efforts to terminate it. Section 3.The Employer agrees not to engage in the lockout of unit employees.
