One Leave Per Family. If a bargaining unit member and his/her spouse who both work for the Employer would be eligible for a leave as a result of a birth, adoption, or placement for foster care of a child, or to care for a parent with a serious health condition, these two (2) employees may only take a combined total of twelve (12) weeks of leave.
