SENIORITY length of continuous service as a full-time or regular part-time employee since the last date of hire into the bargaining unit. In computing seniority, any time off the payroll in excess of twenty-eight (28) consecutive days shall be excluded from total seniority except approved military leave, parental leave, FMLA leave, industrial accident leave and a layoff of three (3) months or less.
