Tuition Remission. The Employer shall provide tuition remission to employees in accordance with the Employer’s Tuition Remission Policy. The term “program” as referenced in 4B (4b) of the Policy shall include but not be limited to, any program of study begun at a Community College and continued without interruption through the bachelor’s degree at a State College or University. Tuition remission shall apply to non- credit as well as credit bearing courses. As more fully described in the Administrative Standards, Faculty and Staff Tuition Discounts (Trustee Doc. T96 – 129), which is hereby incorporated by reference, members of the bargaining unit shall receive tuition discounts in the form of tuition credits.
