ACCEPTANCE AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT. All products or services sold and delivered by CORONA Sp. z o.o. s.k. (hereinafter the „Seller”) to the entity indicated in the Order (hereinafter the „Buyer”) are subject to these General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the „GCS”). An Order submitted by the Buyer becomes binding for the Parties only after its acceptance by the Seller has been confirmed in writing (hereinafter the „Contract”). In cases not regulated in the Contract, only GCS shall apply, which include all terms and conditions of sale and provision of services between the Seller and the Buyer and which, together with the provisions of the Contract, constitute a complete Contract concluded between the Parties, and any amendments or modifications require a written form (under pain of nullity) and appropriate signatures of each from the Parties. No trade customs, commercial practices or previous rules of cooperation between the Parties, or any other conditions of the Buyer - whether oral or written - shall apply to the interpretation of these GTS or the Contract, nor can they be considered as supplementary to these GCS or the Contract. The Buyer’s general contract templates, in particular the general terms of purchase, specified or attached to correspondence with the Seller, are hereby excluded and do not apply to these GCS or to the Contract.
