In cases not regulated in the Rules, the Polish law provisions shall apply, in particular, the provisions of the Civil Code Act of the 23rd of April 1964. The Managing Company reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time. The Rules in the version applicable at the time of conclusion of the contract shall be applied to contracts concluded before amendment of these Rules.
