Conditions of payment. 1. The payments become enforceable on the lapse of the term of payment. If such term has not been fixed, the payment become enforceable when the invoice or other accounting document is delivered. In case of doubts concerning the moment of delivery of an invoice, the payments become enforceable when the goods are prepared to be taken over by a client or when the goods are delivered to the client, at the latest (depending on the agreed conditions of delivery).
