Confidentiality obligation. 1.1.1 The Parties hereby undertake to treat, with the utmost confidentiality, any and all information learnt from the other Party or its related compa- nies within the meaning of Article 4 § 1 (5) of the Polish Code of Commercial Companies. 1.1.2 The provisions of this agreement shall apply in the same scope to confidential information learnt by the Parties in the course of negotiations or cooperation, even if such information has not been provided directly by the other Party. 1.1.3 Obligations under this agreement shall con- cern confidential information, regardless of the form and medium on which the information has been provided.
