Cooperation with Other Entities. 1. The Organiser reserves the right to cooperate with other entities, including foundations, non-governmental organisations, public institutions, and other partners, in order to effectively organise and deliver the training.
2. As part of this collaboration, these entities may be involved in various aspects of the organisation of the training, such as logistics, event promotion, or providing additional resources and support to participants.
3. The Organiser remains responsible for the overall organisation of the training but may delegate certain tasks and responsibilities to the collaborating entities. All decisions regarding the training will be made by the Organiser, who is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Regulations and maintaining the overall quality of the training.
