Common use of COPYRIGHTS Clause in Contracts

You represent that: 10.1.1. the Job Announcements, materials and content posted in your Brand Story profile as well as any other materials and content you make available on the Website will not infringe any third party rights, in particular any copyrights and personality rights; 10.1.2. you have the relevant commercial copyrights to the trade names as well as the word and figurative marks as well as other materials and content included in a Job Announcement or otherwise published on the Website. 10.2. You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence for the use of your trade names (company names) as well as any figurative and word marks, including your logo, as transferred for publication on the Website within the scope of the Services provided and in order to undertake promotional activities with respect to a Job Announcement, on the following exploitation fields: multiplying, displaying or replaying in public, making available to the public by means of the Website and third party portals and tools used for promotional activities in such a manner as to enable anyone to access them at the place and time chosen by them. 10.3. You grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use your trade names (company names) as well as any figurative and word marks, including your logo on the Website, reference list and in promotional materials of Just Join IT on the following exploitation fields: multiplying, displaying or replaying in public, making available to the public in such a manner as to enable anyone to access them at the place and time chosen by them. You are authorised to terminate this licence by giving us a three months’ prior termination notice which must be made in writing in order to be valid. 10.4. All graphic elements, technical solutions and other components of the Website are legally protected by copyright and neighbouring rights vested in us or other authorised parties. 10.5. No third parties are authorised to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute or download the Website in whole or in part, to which we have the exclusive rights. 10.6. Any use by anyone, without our express written consent, of any elements constituting the content of the Website, to which we have the exclusive rights, constitutes a breach of our copyrights and will result in civil and criminal liability.

All graphic elements, technical solutions and other components of the Website are legally protected by copyright and neighbouring rights vested in us or other authorised parties. 10.56. No third parties are authorised to copy, modify, reproduce, distribute or download the Website in whole or in part, to which we have the exclusive rights. 10.67. Unless the Terms and Conditions state otherwise, it is prohibited to download or re-use any part of the database provided by the Website for any purpose without Service Provider’s prior written consent. 8.
