DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION. 1.1. In these Terms and Conditions the following expressions will have the following meanings given to them in the below-mentioned definitions, unless inconsistent with the context in which they were placed: • “Confirmation of the Order” - the Company’s standard form acknowledgement of order or other written form accepted by the Company. • “Buyer” - the person(s), firm or company and organizational units with no legal status whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Company • “Company” - Marcegaglia Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at: Praszka, xx. Xxxxxxx 00, 00-000 Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx; inscribed into the Entrepreneurs’ Register kept by the 8th Economic Division of the KRS National Court Register in the District Court in Opole, Poland at entry No. 0000221496, NIP (Fiscal Identification Number): 5761485249, REGON (Statistic Identification Number): 53246724600000. • “Contract” - any contract between the Company and the Buyer for the sale and/or delivery of the Goods formed in accordance with Condition 2 • “Goods” - any goods which the Company supplies to the Buyer (including any of them or any part of them) under a Contract • “Terms and Conditions” - standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document together with any special terms agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Company.
