IF YOU ARE SENDING. 3.1 This Agreement and Service allows you to send a Transfer to the Receiver and allows them to collect in cash at a MoneyGram location or to the indicated bank account. You can either send money within the same country (Service is available only in the network of BP SA own branches) or to a different "receive country". Once BP SA has processed this Transaction and been given your money, the Receiver can collect the money in the agreed currency (subject to condition 3.5) at any MoneyGram location in the receive country that you stated in the Transaction Summary (but not from the location from where the money was sent). We will not contact the Receiver to advise them when the money is ready for collection, this is something you must do. Collection may only be made during the withdrawing agent's opening hours and subject to local regulations. Depending on the delivery option you selected in the Transaction Summary and availability of that option, the Receiver will be able to collect the money, (a) after 10 minutes (the '10 Minute Service'); (b) the next day (which will be after 7:00 am local time) (the „Overnight Service"); or (c) after 24 hours of the Transfer being sent (the „24 Hour Service”).
