Membership. Membership in F24S is personal. Member cannot enter into the club any third parties by using his card or in any other manner, unless otherwise provided in this regulation. • The minimum age for signing a membership agreement is 18 years of age. • Training and conduct applies to all companies Fitness24Seven Sp.z o. o., Fitness24Seven AB, Fitness24Seven-Lund AB, Fitness24Seven Oy and Fitness24Seven AS. • The form of membership is Ordinary – access to all sites all day round. If signing up for a subscription which gives access through our disability entrances, access will only be valid on those facilities that have a specific disability entrance. Access to these facilities is all day around. • F24S facilities are being monitored on a 24-hour basis by video cameras supervised by a professional security service. Supervision is being performed to prevent and detect crimes and offenses against members and F24S. By signing a membership agreement, the member agrees for supervision of F24S facilities by cameras. F24S will make every effort to ensure that the monitoring of the facilities violates the privacy of the members in the slightest manner. • A member is entitled to call for security patrol if, due to the reasons not attributable to the member, there is a necessity to intervene by the patrol to protect the property, health or life of a member, F24S or a third party. In the event of a request for intervention of the patrol due to reasons attributable to the member or in the event of unjustified call for security patrol, the member will reimburse F24S with costs incurred to the security company for this service in the amount of 60 zł.
