Common use of ORDERS Clause in Contracts

ORDERS. 1. Orders shall be placed by Kamet in writing, on the basis of information provided by the Supplier before placing the Order. Oral Orders are valid only if they have been confirmed in writing by Kamet. Placing an Order by fax or email shall be considered as equivalent to the written form.
