Registration for Training. 1. Registration for the Training takes place via an electronic application form available on the Website www.statibarmenom.pl.
2. In the application form, the Participant is required to provide the following information and complete the statements:
a) first and last name,
b) e-mail address,
c) telephone number,
d) a declaration of being an adult,
e) a declaration of acceptance of the Regulations,
f) consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the Training,
g) consent to make his/her image available on the Organiser's website and in the training materials,
h) check the ReCAPTCHA box,
i) submit the application using a dedicated button.
3. Individuals filling in the electronic application form are obliged to complete all fields of the form.
4. Submitting an application for a training course constitutes acceptance of the date of the training course specified in the application form and acceptance of all terms and conditions arising from these Regulations.
5. The number of places for each training course is limited. Registration on the list of Participants is determined by the order of applications received.
6. Registration of a Participant for a training course is subject to verification, including: a) the age of the Participant,
