Specifications. In the context of this Annex, an information is an idea, fact, or knowledge, that is developed, recorded (or saved) and exchanged. Information can be existent in two different forms: • analogue information is information on paper, • digital information is information in electronic form. The requirements in this Annex, MUST apply for analogue as well as for digital information.
