Termination of and Withdrawal from the Contract and the Claims Assignment Contract. 1. The Customer, being a Consumer who has concluded the Contract and the Claims Assignment Contract remotely, may withdraw from them without giving reasons by submitting an appropriate statement in writing or in a documentary form within 14 days from the conclusion of the Contract and the Claims Assignment Contract. The Customer shall bear the costs related to delivery of the said statement by registered post or courier service. The template of withdrawal from the Contract and the Claims Assignment Contract is an integral part of these contracts. Immediately after the delivery of the Customer’s statement of withdrawal from the Contract and the Claims Assignment Contract, DelayFix shall inform the Customer of the termination of the Contract and the Claims Assignment Contract. In the case of withdrawal from the Contract and the Claims Assignment Contract according to the procedure laid down in the preceding sentences, the Customer shall cover the costs incurred by DelayFix in connection with the services performed until the withdrawal from the Contract and the Claims Assignment Contract, in particular: wskazanych powyżej.
