CHANGES IN MANUFACTURING. Supplier shall notify Buyer in writing and in advance of at least sixty (60) days about any changes to specification, design, part number and other identifications, as well as significant changes in the process or procedure at the site of factory or place of execution, made by Supplier and applicable to Goods.
