In order to ensure the performance of the obligations the Debtor under the Main Contracts already signed or to be signed by and between Zhejiang Yuhui Solar Energy Co., Ltd (the Debtor) and Bank of China, Jiashan Branch (the Creditor) during the period from to , the Guarantor is willing to provide the Creditor with guarantee.
