TWATEGETSE KANDI DUTEGETSE: PRESIDENTIAL ORDER Nº29/01 OF 24/05/2013 RATIFYING THE AGREEMENT ON THE CONSERVATION OF AFRICAN- EURASIAN MIGRATORY WATERBIRDS (AEWA)
We, KAGAME Xxxx, President of the Republic;
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Republic of Rwanda of 04 June 2003, as amended to date, especially in Articles 49, 98, 112, 113, 121, 189, 190 and 201;
Pursuant to Law n° 31/2012 of 30/08/2012 authorizing the ratification to the Agreement on the conservation of African-Eurasian migratory waterbirds;
Having considered the Agreement on the conservation of African-Eurasian migratory waterbirds;
On proposal by the Minister of Natural Resources;
After consideration and approval by the Cabinet;
HAVE ORDERED AND HEREBY ORDER: ARRETE PRESIDENTIEL Nº29/01 DU 24/05/2013 PORTANT RATIFICATION DE L’ACCORD SUR LA CONSERVATION DES OISEAUX D’EAU MIGRATEURS D’AFRIQUE-EURASIE
Nous, KAGAME Xxxx, Président de la République ;
Vu la Constitution de la République du Rwanda du 04 juin 2003, telle que révisée à ce jour, spécialement en ses articles 49, 98, 112, 113, 121, 189, 190 et 201;
Xx xx Xxx n° 31/2012 du 30/08/2012 autorisant la ratification de l’Accord sur la conservation des oiseaux d’eau migrateurs d’Afrique-Eurasie;
Considérant l’Accord sur la conservation des oiseaux d’eau migrateurs d’Afrique-Eurasie;
Sur proposition du Ministre des Ressources Naturelles;
Après examen et adoption par le Conseil des Ministres;
AVONS ARRETE ET ARRETONS:

Ingingo ya mbere: Kwemezwa burundu Amasezerano yerekeye kubungabunga inyoni zo mu mazi zo mu karere ka Afurika, Uburayi na Aziya zihora zimuka, yemejwe burundu kandi atangiye gukurikizwa uko yakabaye. Ingingo ya 2: Abashinzwe kubahiriza iri teka Minisitiri w’Intebe, Minisitiri w’Umutungo Kamere na Minisitiri w’Ububanyi n’Amahanga n’Ubutwererane basabwe kubahiriza iri teka. Ingingo ya 3: Ivanwaho ry’ingingo zinyuranyije n’iri teka Ingingo zose z’amateka abanziriza iri kandi zinyuranyije na ryo zivanyweho. Ingingo ya 4: Igihe iteka ritangira gukurikizwa Iri teka ritangira gukurikizwa ku munsi ritangarijweho mu Igazeti ya Leta ya Repubulika y’u Rwanda.	Article One: Ratification The Agreement on the conservation of African- Eurasian migratory waterbirds is hereby ratified and becomes fully effective. Article 2: Authorities responsible for the implementation of this Order The Prime Minister, the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation are entrusted with the implementation of this Order. Article 3: Repealing provision All prior provisions contrary to this Order are hereby repealed. Article 4: Commencement This Order shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Rwanda.	Article premier: Ratification L’Accord sur la conservation des oiseaux d’eau migrateurs d’Afrique-Eurasie est ratifié et sort son plein et entier effet. Article 2: Autorités chargées de l’exécution du présent arrêté Le Premier Ministre, le Ministre des Ressources Naturelles et le Ministre des Affaires Etrangères et de la Coopération sont chargés de l’exécution du présent arrêté. Article 3: Disposition abrogatoire Toutes les dispositions antérieures et contraires au présent arrêté sont abrogées. Article 4: Entrée en vigueur Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Journal Officiel de la République du Rwanda.
