ANTI-CORRUPTION CLAUSE. 8.1. Under this Agreement, the Parties will not directly or indirectly offer benefits of any kind. These will not accept any of such proposal. 8.2. Any corrupt or illegal behaviour constitutes a substantial violation of this agreement and justif‹es its termination, as well as / or using the corrective measures in accordance with the applicable law. IX. FINAL PROVISIONS 9.1. This Agreement is considered valid if at the date of its signing by the Mayor of the locality there are the decision of municipal council concerned, of accepting the contractual conditions and of empowering the mayor to sign it. 9.2. The copy/copies of the decisions of the municipal councils are attached (Annex 1). 9.3. The parties shall resolve any dispute that may arise during the execution of this Agreement amicably, and if no joint agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled judicially. 9.4. This Agreement is drawn up in the Romanian and English languages, in 2 (two) originals. In the case of Divergences of interpretation occur, the Romanian variant will prevail. Annexes: 1.
