Lawfully processing. (a) Customer will ensure the compliance with all applicable data protection laws when using any personal data relating to, contained in or derived from Services. This includes, in particular, the compliance with any legal requirements regarding any performance and/or behaviour control of persons using Services on behalf of Customer, including but not limited to any specific rules on the processing of employees' personal data in the employment context.
Lawfully processing. (a) Customer warrants that any personal data provided directly by Customer or by Data Subjects at the instigation of Customer may be lawfully processed by Service Provider, Local Subsidiaries and Service Partners for the purposes of this Agreement.
