Extradition Order. If the Minister in charge of Justice considers that it is necessary to extradite the requested person, he/she shall issue an extradition Order indicating: 1° the identity of the requested person; 2° the offence for which the extradition is requested;3° the requesting State; 4° the place of surrender of the suspect; 5° the time for surrender;Article 18: Procès d’une personne recherchée non extradée Si le Rwanda n’extrade pas une personne recherchée vers un autre pays, il doit la juger avec le consentement de l’Etat requérant. Le Ministre ayant la justice dans ses attributions doit, par écrit, demander au Procureur Général ou à l’Auditeur Général Militaire d’examiner les charges portées contre la personne recherchée non extradée et de transférer son dossier à la juridiction compétente.
