In particular, the operation of the telematics unit and thus the provision of the functions of the service in accordance with these ToU depends on the GPS networks and the wireless and fixed communication networks used by the telematics unit being operational. Therefore, not all functions of the service are available anytime and anywhere, and there is no guarantee that all functions of the service will be operational anytime and anywhere.
