ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS. 9.1 Costs and expenses 9.1.1 If an amendment to this Agreement is required, the Borrower shall reimburse to the Lender for all costs (including legal fees) reasonably incurred in responding to, evaluating, negotiating or complying with that requirement. 9.1.2 The Borrower shall reimburse to the Lender for all costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred by it in connection with the enforcement or preservation of any of its rights under this Agreement. 9.1.3 The Borrower shall pay directly or, if applicable, reimburse the Lender in case of an advance made by the Lender, the amount of all costs and expenses in connection with the transfer of funds to, or for the account of, the Borrower from Paris to any other place agreed with the Lender, as well as any transfer fees and expenses in connection with the payment of all sums due under the Facility. 9.2 Cancellation Indemnity
