Common use of Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement. As of the Signing Date, this Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties in relation to the matters set out herein, and supersedes and replaces all previous documents, agreements or understandings which may have been exchanged or communicated as part of the negotiations in connection with this Agreement.
