Financial Information. The Borrower shall supply to the Lender any information that the Lender may reasonably require in relation to the Borrower’s foreign and domestic debt as well as the status of any guaranteed loans.
Financial Information. The Guarantor shall deliver to the Bank from time to time, such further information on its general financial situation as the Bank may reasonably require or such certificates of compliance with the obligations set out in this Guarantee Agreement, or for the Borrower to be able to fulfil its obligations under the Finance Contract when it is related to the Guarantor or the Guarantee Agreement, as the Bank may deem necessary.
Financial Information. The Borrower shall, from time to time upon request of the Agent, furnish the Agent with such financial, statistical, economic and other information as any Lender (through the Agent) may reasonably require provided that, and without prejudice to any of the Borrower’s other obligations hereunder, the Borrower shall not be required to disclose or permit the furnishing of such part of such information if the same is confidential (and disclosure thereof to the Agent would cause the Borrower to be in breach of any obligation binding upon it) or if such disclosure is prohibited by reason of national security or public policy.
