No filing or stamp taxes. Under the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Borrower, it is not necessary that this Agreement be filed, recorded or enrolled with any court or other authority in that jurisdiction or that any stamp, registration or similar taxes or fees be paid on or in relation to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated therein.
