No Waiver. Failure to exercise, or a delay in exercising, on the part of the Lender of any right under the Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of that right. Partial exercise of any right shall not prevent any further exercise of such right or the exercise of any other right or remedy under the applicable law. The rights and remedies of the Lender under this Agreement are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights and remedies under the applicable law.

Partial exercise of any right shall not prevent any further exercise of such right or the exercise of any other right or remedy under the applicable law. The rights and remedies of AFD under a Finance Document are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights and remedies under the applicable law.
