Voluntary cancellation. (a) The Borrower may cancel the whole or any part (being a minimum amount of EUR 10,000,000.00 and an integral multiple of EUR 5,000,000.00) of the Available Facility and gives the Agent not less than ninety (90) Business Days’ prior written notice.
