The Italian Embassy in Belgrade presents its compliments to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia and, under the Art. 21 “Amendments” of the framework Agreement signed in Belgrade on July 23rd, 2009 and concerning the Programme denominated “Credit facility to support small and medium enterprises through local banking system and to sustain the local development through local public utilities”, is needed to apply some amendments to the general provision as the rule of the “Borrower`s Competent Authority” that will be held instead by the “Auditing Company”, and undersigned the new provision of the Italian law n. 49/87. Under this new disposition the agreement will be amended as following:
