Definicija Commercial Contract

Commercial Contract means, the Contract Agreement for Phase II of the Kostolac B-Power Plant Project with the contract number 127/26-13 for the purpose of the implementation of the Project entered by and between Public Enterprise “Elektroprivreda Srbije” and the Subsidiary Company “Termoelektrane i kopovi Kostolac” d.o.o. and China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) on November 20, 2013 with the total amount of US dollar seven hundred and fifteen million six hundred thousand only ($715,600,000.00 ).
Commercial Contract means, the Commercial Contract on Design and Execution of Works on Construction of the Highway E-763, Preljina-Pozega Section with the contract number 000-00-000/2017-01 for the purpose of the implementation of the Project entered by and between the Republic of Serbia, represented by Government of the Republic of Serbia, on behalf by Professor Ph.D Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, as the Financier and Public Enterprise “Roads of Serbia”, as the Investor and China Communications Construction Company Ltd., as the Contractor on November 27, 2017 with the total amount of US Dollar Five Hundred Twenty Three Million and Five Hundred Thirty Thousand only ($523,530,000.00).
Commercial Contract means, the Commercial Contract For Construction of Highway E763, Sector: Obrenovac-Ljig with the contract number 000-00-000/2012 for the purpose of the implementation of the Project entered by and between the Ministry for Construction and Urbanism and Koridori Srbije d.o.o. Beograd and China Shandong International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group Ltd. of Shandong Hi-speed Group Co Ltd. on 13 May, 2013 with the total amount of three hundred and thirty three million seven hundred and forty seven thousand five hundred and forty US Dollar only (US$333,747,540.00 ).
