"Road Safety Impact Assessments" means an analysis of the impact of a new road or modification to an existing road on the safety performance of the road. "Safety Ratings" means the classification of parts of the existing road network in categories according to their objectively measured in-built safety. "Sanctioned Person" means any individual or entity (for the avoidance of doubt, the term entity includes, but is not limited to, any government, group or terrorist organisation) who is a designated target of, or who is otherwise a subject of, Sanctions. Examples of Repayment Date in a sentence
On any Principal Repayment Date, the Borrower shall repay the principal of each Tranche due on that Principal Repayment Date in accordance with the terms set forth in the applicable Disbursement Notice.

"Sanctioned Persons" means any individual or entity listed in one or more Sanction Lists.
