Definicija Scheduled Disbursement Date

Scheduled Disbursement Date means the date on which a Tranche is scheduled to be disbursed in accordance with Article 1.2.B. "Security" means any mortgage, pledge, lien, charge, assignment, hypothecation, or other security interest securing any obligation of any person or any other agreement or arrangement having a similar effect.
Scheduled Disbursement Date means the date on which a Tranche is scheduled to be disbursed in accordance with Article 1.2.B. Examples of Scheduled Disbursement Date in a sentence

  • If at any time from the receipt by the Bank of a Disbursement Acceptance in respect of a Tranche, and until the date falling 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the Scheduled Disbursement Date, a Market Disruption Event occurs, the Bank may notify to the Borrower that this clause has come into effect.

  • Any request for deferment shall have effect in respect of a Tranche only if it is made at least 5 (five)Business Days before its Scheduled Disbursement Date.

  • If at any time (i) from the receipt by the Bank of a Disbursement Acceptance in respect of a Tranche, and (ii) until the date falling 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the Scheduled Disbursement Date, a Market Disruption Event occurs, the Bank may notify to the Borrower that this clause has come into effect.

  • If pursuant to Articles 1.05 and 1.06 disbursement of any Floating Rate Tranche takes place after the Scheduled Disbursement Date the EURIBOR applicable to the first Floating Rate Reference Period shall apply as though the disbursement had been made on the Scheduled Disbursement Date.

  • If at any time (i) from the receipt by the Bank of a Disbursement Acceptance in respect of a Tranche, and (ii) until the date falling thirty (30) calendar days prior to the Scheduled Disbursement Date, a Market Disruption Event occurs, the Bank may notify to the Borrower that this clause has come into effect.

  • If any of the conditions referred to in Article 1.04 is not fulfilled as at the specified date and at the Scheduled Disbursement Date, and the Bank is of the opinion that it will not be satisfied, disbursement will be deferred to a date agreed between the Bank and the Borrower falling not earlier than 7 (seven) Business Days following the fulfilment of all conditions of disbursement.
