Access to atomic information made avail- able to the North Atlantic Treaty. Organiza- tion shall be limited to nationals or member states of the North Atlantic Treaty Organiza- tion who have been granted security clear- ances in accordance with Section II of this Annex and whose responsibilities require access to the information.
