Organizer is responsible for informing its Customers of these General Terms and that the Customers adhere to the provisions in this section. Applicability. These terms of sale apply to deliveries of products from Phoenix Contact AB to the Buyer in cases where nothing else has been agreed. Any deviations from these provisions must be agreed in writing to take effect. Special provisions apply to software and services.
