You shall notify the Bank without delay of any changes in your personal details and address, as well as the termination of, or amendment to, any powers of representation towards the Bank conferred to any person (in particular, a power of attorney). This notification duty is also mandatory where the powers of representation are recorded in a public register (e. g. the Commercial Register) and any termination thereof or any amendments thereto are entered in that register. Customer responsibilities. 2.1. Efterlevnad. Kund och Auktoriserade användare ska använda SaaS-tjänsterna och Innehållet i enlighet med Avtalet, detta Tillägg, Qlik- policyn för acceptabel användning och allt material som finns tillgängligt på webbplatsen angående användning av SaaS-tjänsterna, inklusive men inte begränsat till klientregistrering och konfigurationsprocesser och Qliks sekretess- och säkerhetspolicy. Kunden ska vara direkt ansvarig för eventuella överträdelser av någon av de föregående av någon part som den tillåter att få åtkomst till SaaS-tjänsterna, inklusive Auktoriserade användare och Auktoriserade tredje parter. Inloggningsuppgifter för Auktoriserade användare är konfidentiella och får inte delas med någon obehörig användare eller tredje part och får inte tilldelas något e-postalias eller gruppadressbok. I händelse av obehörig användning av tredje part som erhållit tillgång genom Kunden eller någon av dess Auktoriserade användare, kommer Kunden omedelbart att meddela Qlik och vidta alla nödvändiga åtgärder för att avsluta sådan obehörig användning. Kunden kommer att ge Qlik den hjälp och det samarbete i samband med sådan obehörig användning som Qlik rimligen kan begära. Kunden bekräftar att för att skydda överföring av innehåll till webbplatsen och SaaS-tjänsterna är det Kundens ansvar att använda en säker krypterad anslutning för att kommunicera med SaaS-tjänsterna.
