FINANCIAL COVENANTS. The undertakings in this Clause 14 remain in force for so long any amount is outstanding under the Notes and shall be tested at the end of each Test Period set out in this Clause 14. The first Test Period for which Clause 14.2 (Net Debt to Adjusted EBITDA Ratio) and 14.3 (Interest Coverage Ratio) shall apply shall be the period ending on the Quarter Date 31 March 2016.
