The list of shareholders entitled to participate and vote in general shareholders meeting shall be made by the central depository on the basis of the data of the system of registers of shareholders of the Bank. The date of the list of shareholders shall be not earlier than the date of resolution of the Board of Directors on the convocation of the General Shareholders’ Meeting.”;
