İMZALAR. Bu anlaşma, genel hükümleri içeren Birinci Bölümü ve özel hükümleri ve ekleri içeren İkinci Bölümü ile birlikte ayrılmaz bir bütündür.

İMZALAR. Banka ile Müşteri arasında bu sözleşme çerçevesinde akdedilmiş bulunan veya bu sözleşme yanında özel bir sözleşme ile bağıtlanan her türlü hukuki ilişkinin geçerliliği Borçlar Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde imza hususundaki düzenlemelere tabidir. Tüm müşteri emirleri, talimatları müşterinin el yazısı ile atabileceği imza yanında Bankanın kabulü şartıyla 5070 sayılı Elektronik İmza Kanunu çerçevesindeki düzenlemelere göre de imzalanabilir.

İMZALAR. Aşağıda imzası bulunan kişiler, bu Gizlilik Anlaşması’nın şartlarını kabul ederler:

İMZALAR. Banka ile Müşteri arasında işbu Sözleşme çerçevesinde akdedilmiş bulunan veya bu Sözleşme yanında özel bir sözleşme ile bağıtlanan her türlü hukuki ilişkinin geçerliliği Borçlar Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde imza hususundaki düzenlemelere tabidir. Tüm period of three months from the beginning of February. The Bank shall announce in two newspapers with the highest circulation, published in Turkey in general, until the 15th day of February that the said lists have already Turkish Central Bank together with interest until the end of May. The Bank has the obligation to inform the Fund of this transfer within one week following the transfer, accompanied with a list showing ID’s, addresses and the total sums together with interest profit shares. The said deposits, custodian funds and claims shall be credited by the Fund as of the date of transfer together with their interest and profit shares. Provisions of Article 4.8 (c) are herewith reserved.
