Notice Address. All kinds of notices, claims and other correspondences required to be sent by either Party to the other Party for implementation of the provisions of this Agreement, as well as the notices required to be exchanged by and between the Bank on one hand and the Customer and/or its guarantors on the other hand shall be delivered to the following notice addresses of the Parties, considered and treated as their legal domicile addresses, and the notices delivered to such addresses will be deemed to have been duly served on the recipient thereof. In the case of a change in the legal domicile address of any one of the Customer and its guarantors after the date of signature of this Agreement, the new address is required to be immediately notified to the Bank via a notary public, or otherwise, the notices to be delivered to the following addresses will be valid and be deemed to have been legally served hereunder. Notices and correspondences may be sent by any communication means, subject to compliance with the applicable laws pertaining thereto. Persons resident abroad are under obligation to designate a notice address within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, and they hereby acknowledge that the notices to be delivered to such address will be valid and be deemed to have been legally served to them hereunder. Amendments to this Agreement will be valid and binding on the Parties only if made with mutual written agreement of the Parties.
