Müşteri ve Xxxxxxxx, işbu Sözleşme’ye ek olarak, ayrıca müşteri tarafından imzalanmış/ imzalanacak Ticari Hizmetler Sözleşmesi hükümlerinin Çek Sorumluluk Bedeli Kredisi’ne ilişkin hükümlerinin geçerli olacağını kabul eder. days between the due date of execution of such transaction to the date of indemnification of the Bank’s losses by the Client, the Client will be liable to separately pay a default interest equal to twice the then-current highest interest rate of the Bank applied on the FX deposit accounts between these dates, together with taxes, duties, imposts, funds and other legal liabilities of the Client payable over such interest, and such default interest will be applicable separately from the default interest mentioned in Article 2.7. The Bank may issue and allocate to the Customer (or to the employees of the Customer in the name of the Customer) upon and in line with a demand of the Customer within the credit facility limit set forth in this Agreement credit cards for use as a payment tool in their purchases of goods and services and/ or for the purposes of cash withdrawal from places deemed fit by the Bank. The Customer and the Guarantors hereby declare, agree and undertake to be personally liable and responsible for all kinds of outstanding debts of all credit cards issued and allocated by the Bank under any name whatsoever, including, but not limited to, Axess Business, Wings Business, Axess Kobi (SME) and Akbank Tarım (Agriculture) credit cards, together with interests and other accessory debts levied thereon. In all and any matters not mentioned in this Agreement, the provisions of the Commercial Banking Service Agreement signed or to be signed by and between the Bank and the Customer, particularly in connection with the rules, practices and liabilities as to use of cards, shall be valid, enforceable and binding.
