Payment. Subject always to section 83 of the Turkish Code of Obligations, unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are to be in TL and are due in Honeywell’s account within 15 days from the date of invoice. In the event that payment is not forthcoming within 15 days from the date of invoice, Honeywell shall immediately be deemed to have served the Buyer with notice of such effect and in the event that payment is not forthcoming within a further 15 days, the Buyer shall be deemed to have defaulted. Invoices remaining unpaid in accordance with the foregoing will be subject to an interest charge of 2% per month above the Central Bank of Turkish Republic base rate applicable at the time (or the maximum rate allowed by Turkish law). Buyer will pay all costs of collection on unpaid amounts, including attorneys’ fees.
Payment. 4.6. Payment Conditions 4.6.1. Price. The Price for the Goods shall be paid by the Buyer according to the Contract. 4.6.2. Time of payment. Time for payment, including but not limited to, Prepayment conditions or payment via Letter of Credit conditions, shall be of the essence. 4.6.3. Bank details. Bank details of the Seller shall be indicated in the invoice. The Buyer shall effect the payment in accordance with the Article I of the Contract by telegraphic transfer and, unless otherwise follows from the context or specifically provided in the Contract or the GTC, with indicating the number and the date of the Contract/Amendment and the number and the date of the invoice issued by the Seller in the payment reference (the purpose of payment). 4.6.4. SWIFT confirmation. The Buyer shall provide the Seller with a copy of SWIFT confirmation within 1 (one) Business Day after the payment has been effected. 4.6.5. VAT. Unless otherwise expressly defined in the Contract the Price is exclusive of any VAT and the Seller shall have the right to invoice the Buyer for any such VAT in so far as such taxes are not for the account of the Seller according to the Contract. 4.6.6. The date of payment. The date of payment is considered the date of crediting of the Seller's bank account for 100% (one hundred per cent) of the amount specified in the Seller’s invoice. 4.6.7. Withholdings. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to
