Real Persons. The Client must have full legal capacity. Minors and restricted people may benefit from the services through their parents or guardians. Any of the married parents may represent the minor on their own. In such case, the Bank will assume that either parent is performing transaction with the consent of the other. The Client may appoint representative to perform transactions for and on account of himself/herself. Certification of representation must be issued before the Bank officials or a notary public, consulate or foreign competent authorities. The scope of representation authority shall be interpreted by the Bank depending on the nature of the intended transaction. In determining scope, the Client is not required to specify the name of the Banking product or service used by the Bank or use technical terms. Unless notices of issues related to the incompetency are received by the Bank in writing, they will not be valid and applicable for the Bank. The deposit may be withdrawn directly by its owner or, subject to the owner’s order, by a third party. If the Bank is notified on the Client’s death or absence, the Bank shall be authorized to block the account until submission of tax clearance certificate. In such case, no transaction shall be allowed on the account. After submission of tax clearance certificate, remaining rights and claims shall be paid to the heirs.
