The Client agrees, declares and undertakes that he irrevocably accepts performance of the transactions above and that in any cases involving Axess Business Supply Credit and Money Plus Credit, he is obliged to pay the relevant sums to the Bank in accordance with the provisions and conditions of this Contract and General Loan Agreement.
