The Customer acknowledges that certificates, information and all kinds of documents requested by the Bank due to the specified transfers shall be supplied, and all other requirements fulfilled. In addition, the Customer agrees that this Agreement is valid, applicable and binding for any and all branches of the Bank opened or to be opened at home/ abroad at any time and under any circumstances due to the transfer of the credit and account which will be established under this Agreement as well as within the scope of the derivative limit.
