Akbank Tarım Card. Represents bank cards equipped with a magnetic band and Chip and bearing the name “Akbank Tarım Kart” and associated logo together with the names of the Card Holder and the Card User, offering the capability of effecting payments to the extent of the Akbank Agricultural Loan limit in product and service procurements from Suppliers for business or professional purposes subject to the principles of the Supply Program or in accordance with the Articles of Association/Charter/Cooperative Memorandums; and allowing access to the deposit account associated with the card through any Akbank ATM covered by the Akbank ATM Scheme if selected on the Akbank Tarım Card Application Form. Card Holder/Client: In respect of the Company Credit Card; legal persons or administrations or partnerships without a legal entity or real person tradesmen who are granted a credit by the Bank, have an account held with the Bank, designate any persons to whom the Card is to be given and limit to be used by these persons and are obliged to assume all possible financial and legal responsibilities to arise from use of the Card. Card User: A natural person who works for Card Holder/Customer and/or in affiliation to the Company, and to whom a limit to be determined by the Company is granted, and who is authorized to directly use the Corporate Card within the frame of this Agreement.
