course of their official duties, 4) To perform a particular Service for the Client including but not limited to, executing, settling and arranging custody services. 19.2 The Client agrees that the Company may disclose details of the Client’s relationship with the Company to third parties with whom the Company deals in the performance of the agreed Services on behalf of the Client, for their confidential and internal use or as a requirement of processing Transactions on behalf of the Client.
