The Client and the Company shall agree to the type, value and price of the Transaction, and the date of exchange relating to Commodities, Securities or Options to be bought and sold, as well as other details relevant to the contract.
All foreign currency exchange risk arising from any Transaction or from the compliance by the Company with its obligation or the exercise by it of its rights under this Agreement shall be borne by the Client.
