By signing a general insurance request for one-time loans disbursed each time within the granted limit, the Borrower agrees to authorize Xxxxxxx (i) to deduct the Insurance premium from each disbursement amount of the Borrower to pay each time for the Insurance Company; and (ii) to take and store the Insurance Certificate which issued by the Insurance Company and (iii) require the Insurance Company to cancel the Insurance contract of the Borrower in the Consideration period provided that ensuring the rights of the Borrower under the Contract, Terms & Conditions and the Appendices of the Contract (if any). Consideration period is the twenty-one (21) day period (or another time according to the insurance product as stipulated by the Insurance Company in each period) from the date of receiving the SMS informing about disbursements of one-time loans and the Insurance Certificate from Mcredit and provided that any insurance event has not occurred or no insurance claim has been requested, the Policyholder (the Borrower) or their authorized person has the right to refuse to continue to participate insurance. Insurance companies will reimburse paid premiums after deducting medical examination costs (if any).
